1. Services Provided

1.1 We offer tarot reading services for entertainment purposes only.

1.2 Readings may provide guidance or insight, but they do not constitute professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

1.3 By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that the service is interpretive in nature and that different practitioners may offer different perspectives.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

2.2 Payment must be made in full via our accepted methods before the reading.

2.3 Prices are as stated on our website or booking platform and may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Clients may cancel a reading up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

3.2 No refunds will be given for missed readings or late cancellations.

3.3 Due to the time-based and personalised nature of the service, refunds are not available once a reading has been delivered.

3.4 A reading is considered delivered once the session has taken place or the written/audio/video reading has been sent to the client via the agreed method.

3.5 We reserve the right to cancel a reading due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

4. Disclaimer – Entertainment Purposes Only

4.1 Tarot readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only.

4.2 We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, decisions, or results following a reading.

4.3 Clients must not rely solely on the reading for important life decisions.

5. Client Conduct

5.1 Clients must engage respectfully during readings.

5.2 We reserve the right to terminate a reading if the client behaves abusively, aggressively, or disruptively, without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reuben Clarke Tarot will not be liable for any loss, damage, or distress arising from the reading.

6.2 You agree that any decisions you make following a reading are your responsibility.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Any personal data collected will be used solely for providing services and processing payments.

7.2 We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

7.3 Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7.4 Sessions are confidential and personal information shared during readings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
